§ 46-9.1-23 Appropriations. – The general assembly shall annually appropriate such sum as may be necessary tocarry out the provisions of this chapter; and the state controller isauthorized and directed to draw his or her orders upon the general treasurerfor the payment thereof or so much thereof as may be necessary from time totime upon duly authenticated vouchers approved by the chairperson of thecommission.
