§ 46-9.1-14 - Duration and renewal of licenses.

SECTION 46-9.1-14

   § 46-9.1-14  Duration and renewal oflicenses. – Any license issued under this chapter shall run concurrently with theapplicant's federal license issued by a duly constituted authority of theUnited States for the applicable waters of this state, and may be renewed uponrenewal of the federal license.
