§ 46-8-3 - Issuance of registration certificate.

SECTION 46-8-3

   § 46-8-3  Issuance of registrationcertificate. – The licensing authority shall, upon application of any owner of an outboardmotor to be used on the territorial waters of the State of Rhode Island andProvidence Plantations, issue a registration certificate to that person.
