§ 46-6-15 Duty of commissioners of wrecksand harbormasters to give notice of obstructions. – It shall be the duty of commissioners of wrecks and shipwrecked goods, and ofharbormasters, to give immediate notice to the department of environmentalmanagement of all shipwrecks occurring in tidewaters of their respective townsand harbors and of any obstructions existing therein.
