§ 46-25-33 - Commission expenses as cost of project.

SECTION 46-25-33

   § 46-25-33  Commission expenses as cost ofproject. – The expenses of the commission in the performance of its duties hereunder shallbe construed to be costs of operation and maintenance of the project.
