SECTION 46-24-8

   § 46-24-8  Annual reports. – The board, during May of each year, shall submit to the councils of theparticipating cities and towns a report showing actual expenditures for thepreceding ten (10) months, and the projected expenditures for the final two (2)months of its fiscal year, as well as a proposed budget for the next fiscalyear. This annual report shall include, in addition, a request for anynecessary contributions.
