SECTION 46-17-6
§ 46-17-6 Audit. – The controller of the state of Rhode Island is hereby designated as therepresentative of this state to inspect the accounts of the commission inaccordance with article VII(F) of the compact and to report the results of thatinspection to the director of administration.
