SECTION 46-17-1
§ 46-17-1 Governor authorized to entercompacts. – The governor is hereby authorized to enter into compacts with the governors ofother states for the protection of water resources of this state originatingoutside of this state and for the protection of water resources of other statesoriginating within this state.
