SECTION 46-15.1-5.1

   § 46-15.1-5.1  Powers in support of theRhode Island rivers council. – Upon the request of the Rhode Island rivers council, the board may exercise anypowers set forth in § 46-15.1-5 on behalf of the Rhode Island riverscouncil in order to accomplish the purposes of the council.
