§ 46-12.2-24 - Record keeping – Financial statements.

SECTION 46-12.2-24

   § 46-12.2-24  Record keeping –Financial statements. – The agency shall, at all times, keep full and accurate accounts of itsreceipts, expenditures, disbursements, assets, and liabilities which shall beopen to inspection by any officer or duly appointed agent of the state.
