§ 46-10-28 - Director of the department of environmental management – Salary and expenses.

SECTION 46-10-28

   § 46-10-28  Director of the department ofenvironmental management – Salary and expenses. – The general assembly shall annually appropriate such sum as it may deemnecessary, for the salary of the director of the department of environmentalmanagement and for his or her expenses.
