§ 46-1-5 Appropriations and disbursements.– The general assembly shall annually appropriate such sum as it may deemnecessary for the payment of the salaries of the director and his or herassistants, and for all other expenses of the department; the sum to be paidupon vouchers approved by the director of environmental management.
