§ 45-6.1-3 - Payment of fine addressed to whom.

SECTION 45-6.1-3

   § 45-6.1-3  Payment of fine addressed towhom. – The ordinances referred to in § 45-6.1-1 shall provide that payments beaddressed to the chief of police of the city or town or to a special court thatmay have been established in the city or town for the disposition of motorvehicle offenses.
