§ 45-59-13 Officers. (a) The officers of a district management authority will consist of achairperson, a treasurer and a secretary, each of whom will be elected by theboard of directors. Such other officers and assistant officers and agents asmay be deemed necessary may be elected or appointed by the board of directorsat any time and in any manner that may be prescribed by the bylaws. Any two (2)or more offices may be held by the same person.
(b) All officers and agents of the district managementauthority will have such authority and perform such duties in the management ofthe district management authority as may be provided in the bylaws, or as maybe determined by resolution or vote of the board of directors, subject to anylimitations on such authority contained in the bylaws.
