§ 45-55-5.2 - Town of North Smithfield – Exemption.

SECTION 45-55-5.2

   § 45-55-5.2  Town of North Smithfield– Exemption. – The town of North Smithfield is exempt from the provisions of this chapter withregard to the contracting for fire and rescue services with the PrimroseVolunteer Fire Department and/or North Smithfield Fire Department and/or theirrespective successors and assigns.
