§ 45-47-10 Insurance commissioner –Regulations. – The insurance commissioner is authorized to issue regulations that arenecessary or desirable to implement this chapter, including, but not limited,to the name, address, and telephone number of a designated official for eachtaxing jurisdiction from whom certifications may be obtained.
