§ 45-44-2 Cataloging of dwellings andparcels. – Upon adoption of a homestead program, a city or town shall compile and maintaina catalog of all unoccupied dwellings and vacant lots owned by the city or townwhich the city or town determined are parcels that can be utilized forrehabilitation or new construction by private individuals.
