§ 45-4-15 - Tenure of town officers.

SECTION 45-4-15

   § 45-4-15  Tenure of town officers. –All town officers shall hold their offices until the next election of townofficers, and thereafter until their successors are lawfully qualified to act,except where it is expressly provided to the contrary.
