§ 45-38.1-13 Remedies. – Any holder of revenue bonds or notes issued under the provisions of thischapter or of any of the coupons appertaining thereto, and the trustee ortrustees under any trust agreement, except to the extent the rights given underthis chapter may be restricted by any resolution authorizing the issuance of,or any trust agreement securing the bonds or notes, may, by suit, action,mandamus, or other proceedings, protect and enforce any and all rights underthe laws of the state or granted under this chapter or under the resolution ortrust agreement, and may enforce and compel the performance of all dutiesrequired by this chapter or by the resolution or trust agreement to beperformed by the corporation or by any officer, employee, or agent of thecorporation, including the fixing, charging, and collecting of the rates,rents, fees, and charges authorized under this chapter and required by theprovisions of the resolution or trust agreement to be fixed, established, andcollected.
