§ 45-37.1-16 - Corporation designated as local development corporation.

SECTION 45-37.1-16

   § 45-37.1-16  Corporation designated aslocal development corporation. – For purposes of chapter 34 of title 42, it is hereby found and declared thatthe corporation is a "local development corporation" within the meaning of§ 42-34-6.
