§ 45-33.2-20 Severability. – The provisions of this chapter are severable, and if any provision thereofshall be held invalid in any circumstances, invalidity shall not affect anyother provisions or circumstances. This chapter shall be construed in allrespects so as to meet all constitutional requirements. In carrying on thepurposes and provisions of this chapter, all steps shall be taken which arenecessary to meet constitutional requirements whether or not those steps arerequired by statute.
