§ 45-33.2-17 - Exemption from taxation.

SECTION 45-33.2-17

   § 45-33.2-17  Exemption from taxation.– The bonds and notes issued under this chapter, their transfer and their income,including any profit made on their sale, are at all times free from taxationwithin the state.
