§ 45-32-46 - Consent to inclusion of area in project of contiguous city or town.

SECTION 45-32-46

   § 45-32-46  Consent to inclusion of area inproject of contiguous city or town. – The legislative body of any community may by resolution consent to theinclusion of a part of the area under its jurisdiction in a contiguous projectarea to be developed by another community.
