§ 45-32.1-5 - Use of public funds.

SECTION 45-32.1-5

   § 45-32.1-5  Use of public funds. –Public funds may be used by a community, a public corporation, or aredevelopment agency to carry out its purposes under this chapter, andappropriations for the purposes of this chapter are authorized.
