§ 45-27-19 Validation of defense housingactivities. – All bonds, notes, contracts, agreements, and obligations of housing authoritiesissued or entered into before May 6, 1941, relating to financing or undertaking(including cooperating with or acting as an agent of the federal government in)the development or administration of any project to assure the availability ofsafe and sanitary dwellings for persons engaged in national defense activities,are validated and declared legal in all respects, notwithstanding any defect orirregularity or any want of statutory authority.
