§ 45-25-22 Cooperation betweenauthorities. – Any two (2) or more authorities may cooperate with one another in the exerciseof any or all of the powers conferred hereby for the purpose of financing,planning, constructing, or operating a housing project or projects locatedpartly within the boundaries of each of the authorities.
