§ 45-25-21 - Exemption of low rate projects from ordinances.

SECTION 45-25-21

   § 45-25-21  Exemption of low rate projectsfrom ordinances. – The provisions of any zoning ordinance or any building ordinance enacted by anycity or town in this state do not apply to any low rate housing project.
