SECTION 45-22-8
§ 45-22-8 Reports. – A planning board or commission shall report annually to its appointingauthority, summarizing its work of the preceding year and recommendingprograms, plans, and actions for future development. All studies, plans, andreports of the planning board or commission shall be submitted to theappointing authority and to any other designated agency or official, and shall,with the approval of the appointing authority, be published and made availableto the public.
