SECTION 45-2-39
§ 45-2-39 Care and repair of stone walls.– The town or city council of each municipality and the state of Rhode Islandshall by ordinance or by administrative order direct that their appropriatedepartments and employees exercise due care and caution while performing tasksof brush removal and cleaning in areas of stone walls and boundaries andrequire that any damage that they cause in the process of brush removal orcleaning be repaired immediately.
