§ 44-9-44 - Recording of notices in proceeding to establish title.

SECTION 44-9-44

   § 44-9-44  Recording of notices inproceeding to establish title. – Notice of filing the petition and notice of the final disposition of thepetition shall be recorded in the proper registry of deeds.
