§ 44-6-6 - Action against delinquent collector.

SECTION 44-6-6

   § 44-6-6  Action against delinquentcollector. – The general treasurer may have his or her action against any delinquent city ortown collector and his or her sureties, and proceedings shall be conducted asprovided in §§ 44-7-16 – 44-7-18.
