§ 44-49-4 Rules. – The tax administrator may adopt rules necessary to enforce this chapter. Thetax administrator shall adopt a uniform system of providing, affixing, anddisplaying official stamps, official labels, or other official indicia formarijuana and controlled substances on which a tax is imposed.
