§ 44-33-16 - Public assistance funds excluded.

SECTION 44-33-16

   § 44-33-16  Public assistance fundsexcluded. – A claim for relief under this chapter filed by a recipient of public assistancefunds shall exclude all taxes or rent paid from the monies during the periodfor which the claim is filed.
