§ 44-33.3-4 - Maximum abatement and hourly rate.

SECTION 44-33.3-4

   § 44-33.3-4  Maximum abatement and hourlyrate. – The maximum credit taxpayers may earn is five hundred ($500) dollars per fiscalyear. Credit for service will be at the state of Rhode Island hourly minimumwage at the time the service is performed.
