§ 44-20.1-9 Enforcement. – The attorney general, or his or her designee, or any person who holds a validpermit under 26 U.S.C. § 5712, may bring an action on the appropriatecourt in the state to prevent or restrain violation of this chapter by anyperson, or any person controlling such person.
