§ 44-14-4 - Tax on national banks.

SECTION 44-14-4

   § 44-14-4  Tax on national banks. –Each national banking association located within the limits of this state shallannually pay to the state a tax according to or measured by its net income, asdefined in § 44-14-10, which tax is computed at the rate of nine percent(9%).
