§ 43-4-12 Repeal of previously repealedacts not construction of continued effectiveness. – The repeal in this chapter of any statute or part of a statute previouslyrepealed shall not be construed as a declaration or implication that thestatute or part of a statute has been in force at any time subsequent to thefirst repeal.
