§ 42-9.3-4 Severability. – If any provision or part of this chapter or the application thereof to anyperson or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect otherprovisions or applications of the section which can be given effect without theinvalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions or parts ofthis section are severable.
