§ 42-75.2-10 Severability. – If any provisions of this chapter or the application of this chapter to anyperson or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect otherprovisions or applications of this chapter, which can be given effect withoutthe invalid provisions or application and to this end the provisions of thischapter are declared to be severable.
