§ 42-7.3-9 - Rules and regulations.

SECTION 42-7.3-9

   § 42-7.3-9  Rules and regulations. –The department of public safety is authorized to make and promulgate such rulesand regulations as he or she deems necessary for the proper administration ofthis chapter and to carry out the purposes thereof.
