§ 42-7.3-5 - Director of public safety – Appointment.

SECTION 42-7.3-5

   § 42-7.3-5  Director of public safety– Appointment. – The department of public safety shall be administered by a director, who shallalso serve as superintendent of the Rhode Island state police. The directorshall be appointed by the governor and shall hold office at the pleasure of thegovernor and until a successor is appointed and qualified.
