§ 42-7.2-8 - Assignment and reassignment of advisory bodies.

SECTION 42-7.2-8

   § 42-7.2-8  Assignment and reassignment ofadvisory bodies. – The governor may, by executive order, reassign any advisory bodies, boards, orcommissions associated or affiliated with the departments to the secretary ofhealth and human services or assign any such entities that may be created.
