§ 42-66.1-8 - Federally designated elderly housing complexes.

SECTION 42-66.1-8

   § 42-66.1-8  Federally designated elderlyhousing complexes. – Every public and private housing complex designated by the federal governmentas housing for the elderly in the state shall establish and maintain a securitysystem approved by the director by July 1, 1993.
