§ 42-64-7.7 - Grant of powers to the corporation.

SECTION 42-64-7.7

   § 42-64-7.7  Grant of powers to thecorporation. – The Rhode Island economic development corporation is granted all of the powersnecessary and convenient to perform the functions transferred to the RhodeIsland economic development corporation pursuant to §§ 42-64-7.5 and42-64-7.6.
