§ 42-64.2-3 - Purposes.

SECTION 42-64.2-3

   § 42-64.2-3  Purposes. – The Rhode Island public rail corporation is authorized, created, andestablished for the purpose of enhancing and preserving the viability ofcommuter transit and railroad freight operations in Rhode Island.
