SECTION 42-63.4-3
§ 42-63.4-3 Purposes. – The New Shoreham Tourism Council, Inc. is authorized, created and establishedfor the following purposes:
(1) To establish an operating program to promote andencourage tourism;
(2) To coordinate tourism activities of New Shoreham andwithin the state.
(3) To establish a fund to promote and encourage tourism; and
(4) To aid the town of New Shoreham in resolving problemswhich may arise due to growth in the tourism industry and to improve thequality of life of New Shoreham.
