§ 42-6-13 - Assignment and performance of powers, duties and functions.

SECTION 42-6-13

   § 42-6-13  Assignment and performance ofpowers, duties and functions. – The provisions of §§ 42-6-5 – 42-6-8, shall apply to thedepartment of health and to the director of health.
