§ 42-40-2 Definitions. – For the purposes of this chapter:
(1) "Sending agency" means any department or agency of thefederal government or a state or local government which sends any employeethereof to another government agency under this chapter.
(2) "Receiving agency" means any department or agency of thefederal government or a state or local government which receives an employee ofanother government under this chapter.
