§ 42-26.1-1 "Public corporation" defined.– The term "public corporation", for the purposes of this chapter, means thestate of Rhode Island or any political subdivision thereof, any incorporatedmunicipality therein or any public agency of this state or of any politicalsubdivision thereof, or of any municipality therein, or any corporate municipalinstrumentality of the state or of this state and one or more other states.
