§ 42-23-5 Succession to previouscommissions Reports Expenses. The commission on interstate cooperation shall exercise all powers and dutiesformerly vested by law upon the commission on foreign and domestic commerce,the commission on interstate cooperation, and the commission on interstatecompacts affecting labor and industry, which commissions were abolished bychapter 660 of the Public Laws of 1939. The commission on interstatecooperation may report its proceedings and recommendations either to thegovernor or to the general assembly or both, at such times as it may deemadvisable. Members of the commission shall receive the sum of thirty-fivedollars ($35.00) each per meeting and shall be reimbursed for all reasonableexpenses of travel related to their participation in commission activities.
